Being called beautiful overloads his mind in addition to his body, and he cries out, clutching at Hythlodaeus desperately as he feels like he's launched off the planet. Further breathy moans and incoherent curses escape him, mingling with Hyth's own moan as he feels himself filled.
It's a full-body feeling, spasming slightly as though possessed by something. It lasts an oddly long time, and then slowly, his muscles relax, and his brain begins to come back online. His eyes still closed, he wraps his arm around Hyth's neck, trying to pull him down against him, seeking his warmth.
Hythlodaeus is all too happy to nestle against Finnick, mess be damned. He holds him close and makes a contented sound. He hasn't bothered to pull out yet, merely relishing the feeling of being so close to someone he cares for.
He buries his face into Hyth's warmth. He hasn't had sex in what feels like ages, and this was very good, so he feels asbolutely spoiled at the moment.
"You're the fucking best... Was it alright for you?"
Getting comfortable, he breathes out a satisfied sigh. Then he pauses, sits up a little, and brings forth a small towel to wipe off Finnick's stomach with. Pulling out he wipes himself off too, and idly lets the towel disappear again.
"Though I confess, I was not expecting it."
He chuckles, pressing a fond kiss to Finnick's lips.
Finnick gives a confused look at the towel that's materialized, then reminds himself that Hyth can create anything, including lube and towels. It's a hard thing to get used to. But so handy! Hyth has got it made, truly. He exhales shakily as the larger man pulls out, leaving him with a strange empty feeling. It makes him feel clingy (shocker).
"I wasn't either, but I was hoping for it. Ever since I met you." He laughs a little, then shifts to his side on the couch so Hyth can lay down on his back. He pulls him down and lays his head on his friend's chest, hitching his knee up over one of his thighs. His fingers draw a weaving and looping pattern on his chest.
Finnick hums dreamily, remembering what Hyth looked like as a mermaid. His eyes are now closed and there's a small smile on his lips. He listens to Hyth's heartbeat.
