[ his expression softens. ]

I'm not that lonely these days. And . . . I'll remember that.

[He smiles and reaches over to squeeze Dolph's real hand with his own.]

[Finnick laughs softly, then moves to Dolph's side of the island. He kisses the taller man's reddened cheek and threads his fingers through his hair, looking him in the face.]

[He kisses back, standing on tiptoe and wrapping his arms around Dolph's neck.]

[ dolph slips his arms around finnick's waist, his palm resting like a warm brand over his back. ]

[Finnick hums happily, melting into the taller man.]

[ that's good. dolph finds himself relaxing inch by inch, licking into finnick's mouth. ]

[Finnick's mouth falls open, his real hand tangling up into Dolph's hair, nails scraping lightly there.]

[ that makes him groan softly, a rumble in his chest. ]

[ He breaks the kiss, laughing softly. ]

It's a good thing my roommates are fine with me being a slut.

[ he blinks at that word. ]

I don't think anyone here really minds.

I'm just kidding. But you're right, no one does. It's great.

[ He smiles up, swaying slightly. ]

[ he considers saying something about the word finnick used and decides against it. that's his own hangup from the past. ]
